Parsley Pesto

Delicious, super healthy and easy

It works with all sort of green leaves: Parsley/wild garlic/basil/coriander leaves/spinach/kale and even carrots tops!


  • 50g pine nuts
  • 80g parsley or other green leaves or a mix
  • Pinch of salt
  • 150ml olive oil
  • 2 or 3 garlic cloves


It isn’t compulsory to cook the pine nuts (until golden, shaking occasionally). Put all ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth and season.
